Property 101 Group was founded by Managing Director Joanne Barreto, bringing 18 years of industry experience to individually service each client’s needs.

Having worked alongside some of the industry leaders in New Zealand & Australia for the past 18 years, & with a belief that it was time to increase the education and professionalism across all elements of the industry, Joanne realised the various disciplines involved in this sector as a whole needed to evolve with the times through government lobbying, consistent practices and standards, codes of conduct and regulation.

Our Administration Manager strives to deliver superior service and innovative systems.

Our team are proactive and involved in ongoing training programs, industry knowledge sharing and continued professional development and education. Having an in depth understanding of the many challenges facing owners/communities and the need for improving this vast growing industry has been the result of our proud achievement of also successfully establishing the first industry Institute SCA(NZ) in the country.
