Well the Brady Bunch have been doing it since 1969, and Unit Titles are rapidly catching up!!
The temporary ability for owners to attend general meetings remotely has been extended yet again to 19 December 2021. Under the temporary remote meeting section 88(5) of the UTA, owners can now attend general meetings by remote means up to (and including) 13 March 2022 (being 12 weeks after the Notice expires).
The Select Committee report on whether this will be a permanent change is due in November, but surely there’s no turning back now?!
