Kareen has been involved within the Multi-Unit sector for over 16 years. With experience in stratum estate governance operating within the Unit Titles Act 2010 (‘Act’), Incorporated Societies Act 1908, Companies Act 1993 and the Cross Lease industry. Additionally, Kareen spent four years developing and co-ordinating facility management procedures and policies for Auckland Department of Internal Affairs. She has also Managed several hundred multi-unit bodies including corporations and produced governance policies to effectively navigate legislative obligations.
We are also so proud of Kareen completing her executive MBA from Massey University in April 2021.
Core competencies include Management, Industry Domain Knowledge, Systems and Processes, Political Frameworks, Information Technology, Corporate Development, Organisational Change, Risk and Strategic Management, Project Management, Financial Management, Leadership, Mentoring, Negotiation and Arbitration.
In the minute or 2 of spare time, Kareen also enjoys, dark chocolate, sunsets and hibernating in her girl cave!
