New Unit Titles Regulations

The Ministry of Housing and Urban Development (MHUD) is seeking feedback on the Unit Titles Act 2010 Regulations Discussion Paper which will shape the formation of the regulations that we as an industry utilise each and every day.

Both Property 101 & SCA(NZ) teams will be meeting with MHUD to discuss the proposals this week, and welcome ANY FEEDBACK.

This particular session will be looking at the draft regulations relating to:

  • Information requests
  • Electronic voting and remote attendance
  • Legal costs in the Tribunal.

Submission are due 4th August 2023, please let us know if you have any thoughts or concerns you would like us to raise on your behalf.
