Notice from MBIE: UTA Review – Invitation to attend stakeholder workshops
On 21 December 2016, the Minister for Building and Construction released a discussion document outlining the proposed changes to the Unit Titles Act 2010. A copy of the discussion document is available here. Submissions are due on Friday, 3 March 2017.
As part of the consultation on the proposed changes, the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) invites you to attend a workshop in Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch.
Your feedback at these workshops, along with submissions received from the discussion document, will help MBIE develop final proposals for the Government’s consideration. If approved, they will form the basis of new legislation for unit title developments.
