After returning from happy holidays feeling bright eyed and bushy tailed, we are looking forward to embracing the ‘Year of the Tiger’ with bravery, wisdom and strength! Even with Omicron surfacing in NZ, in the eye of the tiger so to speak, the Prop 101 team are in this together and BAU.
So, red now means go, and green also mean go. Orange kinda means go as well, but of course all these colours & alert levels also have other meanings and some rules which need to be followed.
We are operating in line with independent advice sought, and the Strata Community Association (SCA(NZ) ) Covid Protection Framework meeting guidelines (please contact us if you would like a copy).
Its amazing to have been through a life changing and challenging experience with such a close knit and amazing team, the anxiety, good times, bad times, elation, decisions, trepidation and hilarity!
We continue to navigate the new reality of living with Covid in our personal, work and multi unit communities, and work with the powers that be and SCA(NZ) on the guidelines and the review of the Unit Titles Legislation. We continue to evolve and there’s always room to adapt our ways of working, and embrace opportunities.
