Celia has been working in the multi-unit sector since 2010, with experience in working within the Unit Titles Act 2010, the Incorporated Societies Act 2022 and the Cross Lease sector. She has managed both residential and commercial multi-unit bodies from boutique developments to large complex developments.
Prior to body corporate management, Celia worked in corporate human resources for over 15 years, holding senior level administrative roles in the construction and property industry. She has also completed a Graduate Diploma in Business Studies.
Core competencies include extensive industry knowledge, customer centricity, financial management, systems and process continuous improvement, negotiation and dispute resolution, critical thinking.
Celia’s passion for people and property management, and her goal of always trying to achieve the best possible outcome has facilitated strong and long lasting relationships with her clients during her time in the industry.
