We hope you are all well & embracing both the reforms & the sunny winter days!
Some good news, our SCA(NZ) Executive have been working with our valued members at Glaister Ennor and are pleased to report back that the Ministry of Justice has granted us a short-term renewal of the AML/CFT (Class Exemptions) Notice, that was due to expire 30th June 2023, for 18 months (now expiring 31 December 2024).
Further, the Ministry has agreed to further engage on the full review, so watch this space!
