Coming out the other side of a massive weekend for our amazing Country both sporting and politically has really struck a cord with me!
It has been a massive hattrick few years of change and as SCA(NZ) also looks to evolve, I thought it timely to capture a summary of our achievements and highlights since establishment:
SCA (NZ) was established to form a united voice and champion the Strata industry in New Zealand.
Since the beginning, SCA (NZ) has continued to navigate through challenging legislation, a construction boom, leaky buildings, building, cladding and passive fire defects and the mosaic that is strata and unit titles, while in the background driving the paradigm shift in creating better body corporates, communities and educating.
As the founder & President of SCA NZ, I have been immensely proud of the professional comradery SCA NZ has created amongst the Body Corporate management industry & suppliers in New Zealand.
