Legislation Review and the impact on the Unit Titles Act
This issue focuses on the legislation we all know and love!! As many of you will be aware, the Hon Nikki Kaye spearheaded the ‘Better Body Corporates’ campaign earlier in the year, and as a result of this a working group was formed (which we were part of) and a report presented to the Hon Nick Smith, Minister for Building and Housing. As a result of this and huge media exposure the legislation at the coalface of the Strata Industry is under review.
