I was honoured to sit on the inaugural Strata in Conversation Panel at Habourside recently alongside the Hon. Nikki Kaye, Joanne Pidgeon and Clinton Baker.
Hot topics such as the legislation reforms, the unitary plan shake-up & housing shortage resulting in increased development and density, education, liability, disputes, remedials and the role of SCA(NZ) as the peak Industry Body were covered and it was a huge pleasure to hear feedback on just how much of a paradigm shift there has been in the industry as a result of the establishment of the New Zealand Chapter of Strata Community Association (SCA(NZ)) since we founded it 2 years ago.
